1. Summary

We do not collect any personal data.

2. Permissions the app requests and why

Permission	What it is used for
`CAMERA`	Turn on the flash LED. The app does not take photos or video and never accesses the camera image.
`FOREGROUND_SERVICE`	Keep the flashlight on with the screen off and show the control notification.

3. How your data is handled

The app reads the accelerometer and proximity sensor to turn the flashlight off automatically. Those readings are processed on the fly, on your phone, and are never stored or transmitted.

4. Internet connections

AuTorch does not connect to the internet.

5. Third parties

We use no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking networks. We do not sell or share data with anyone.

6. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

7. Your rights

Since we keep no data on servers of our own, there is nothing to request or delete on our side. Uninstalling the app removes any information left on the phone.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new date.
